Every request for license to operate a taxicab shall be made to the Village Clerk by the taxicab owner. The Village Clerk will provide blank application forms to the owner. Applications must be completed for:
(A) Cab company license.
(B) Taxicab driver's license.
(C) Taxicab registration.
All applications must be accompanied by proof of insurance.
Taxicab licenses shall be issued annually on January 1, and shall be valid through December 31 of that same year. (Ord. 2252, 10-5-1998)
