9-4-3: LIABILITY INSURANCE REQUIRED:
No owner shall be licensed to operate a taxicab until he has complied with the State of Illinois law pertaining to a surety bond or liability insurance coverage and can provide proof of insurance to the Village. (Ord. 2252, 10-5-1998)
