9-4-2: LICENSE REQUIRED:
No public passenger vehicle shall be operated in the Village, except to deliver passengers therein from points outside of Riverside, without a license having first been obtained for such vehicle as provided in this Chapter. (Ord. 2252, 10-5-1998)
