9-3-3: OPERATING REGULATIONS:
   (A)   Speed: No bicycle shall be propelled faster than is reasonable and proper for the safety of the rider and others using the highway. (1965 Code, Sec. 30.14; amd. Ord. 2506, 8-16-2004)
   (B)   Hitching To Other Vehicles: No person operating a bicycle shall cling to or attach himself to any other moving vehicle. (1965 Code, Sec. 30.15; amd. Ord. 2506, 8-16-2004)
   (C)   Riding Rules: All bicycles shall be operated as near to the right hand curb as the conditions will permit and not more than two (2) bicycles shall be operated abreast, or side by side, and only when both bicycles can be thus operated to the right of the center of the highway and when no vehicle is approaching from front or rear. When a vehicle is approaching or passing from the front or rear, bicycles shall be operated only in single file. (1965 Code, Sec. 30.16; amd. Ord. 2506, 8-16-2004)
   (D)   One Rider: No bicycles shall be used to carry more than one person at a time unless it is designed and equipped for the use of two (2) or more persons. (1965 Code, Sec. 30.17; amd. Ord. 2506, 8-16-2004)
   (E)   No Vehicles To Be Attached: No bicycle shall have attached to it any other vehicle such as a wagon or sled. (1965 Code, Sec. 30.18; amd. Ord. 2506, 8-16-2004)
   (F)   Riding On Walks: Bicycles may be operated on the sidewalks providing that they are operated at such speed and in such manner as not to conflict with the use of the sidewalks by pedestrians and not otherwise. Pedestrians shall at all times have the prior right to the use of the sidewalks, and if, under the conditions of use of the sidewalk, a bicycle cannot be operated without interfering with the safety and comfort of any pedestrian using the sidewalk, the bicycle rider must dismount.    (G)   Trick Riding: No rider of a bicycle shall remove both hands from the handlebars or practice any acrobatic or fancy riding on any public street or sidewalk. (1965 Code, Sec. 30.20; amd. Ord. 2506, 8-16-2004)
   (H)   Parking, Obstructing Walks: No bicycle shall be left lying upon any street or sidewalk or in such position as to obstruct or interfere with the use of any street or sidewalk. (1965 Code, Sec. 30.21; amd. Ord. 2506, 8-16-2004)
