9-3-1: DEFINITION:

The term "bicycle" shall be taken to mean and include a vehicle propelled by the pedalling of the rider or riders and having two (2) wheels, one in front of the other, at least one of which is over twenty inches (20") in diameter. The term does not include motorcycles. (1965 Code, Sec. 30.01)
