9-2-17: REGULATION OF PRIVATE PARKING LOTS:
Any regulation of private parking lots within the village of Riverside by the village shall be pursuant to contract, as authorized by section 11-209 of the Illinois vehicle code, 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/11-209 (2000). (Ord. 2369, 6-18-2001)
