9-2-15: ADMINISTRATIVE ADJUDICATION OF PARKING VIOLATIONS:

Any person accused of violating any of the provisions of this chapter may be issued a violation notice, in lieu of filing a complaint in court against said person for such violation, to be administratively adjudicated pursuant to chapter 6 of this title and the fines and penalties established therein. (Ord. 2164, 9-16-1996)
