9-2-12: REPAIR OF VEHICLES ON LOT PROHIBITED:
Except by action of the police department as heretofore provided in this chapter, no vehicle that is not in operating condition shall be parked in any village parking lot. No one shall repair or service any vehicle on a village parking lot except insofar as may be necessary to facilitate the removal of the vehicle from the lot. (Ord. 1253, 2-17-1975)
