The village may, by appropriate lines or markers, divide any parking lot into stalls. In such case, each vehicle shall be parked within a stall, with its sides parallel to the adjacent boundaries of the stall, and at least one foot (1') distant therefrom. (1965 Code, Sec. 28.09)
