(A) Application For Permit: Any person desiring a permit for twenty four (24) hour or commuter parking for a motor vehicle other than a truck, trailer, commercial vehicle, or recreational vehicle as heretofore described, shall file an application with the Village Manager, upon a form to be provided by the Manager, signed by the applicant and setting forth the applicant's name, address, a description of the motor vehicle to be permitted and such other information as may be required in order to identify said motor vehicle and to enforce the provisions of this chapter.
(B) Permit Issuance: Upon receipt of an application for a parking permit for an eligible motor vehicle, and upon payment of the permit fee, the Village Manager shall issue to the applicant the permit applied for including thereon the designated lot and the stall number when so assigned and the period for which issued. The Manager will issue a sticker evidencing issuance of the permit. The sticker shall have imprinted thereon the permit number and the period for which issued. The sticker shall have an adhesive substance on one (1) side and the permit shall be effective when the sticker has been affixed to the exterior rear window of the passenger side of the motor vehicle to which it applies.
The Village shall assign parking stalls to permit holders. (Ord. 2826, 11-7-2013)
