Parking permit fees for individuals and businesses shall be for a minimum three (3) month period as follows:
(A) The cost of a commuter permit for individuals shall be one hundred sixty dollars ($160.00) for each three (3) month period effective May 1, 2023. In computing the permit fee for any period, prorating shall be calculated in half month (15 day) increments. The cost shall increase to one hundred sixty-five dollars ($165.00) on January 1, 2024, and to one hundred seventy dollars ($170.00) on January 1, 2026.
A second commuter permit for the same immediate family in the same household for the same space shall be twenty dollars ($20.00) for each three (3) month period. Reasonable proof that both vehicles belong to the same family at the same address, such as vehicle registrations, driver's licenses, etc., may be required as evidence. No prorating or refunds shall be permitted for the second permit.
(B) The cost of a twenty four (24) hour permit for lots no. 1, no. 2, no. 3 and no. 4 shall be two hundred dollars ($200.00) effective May 1, 2023, for each three (3) month period, with a limit of one (1) vehicle per space. In computing the permit fee for any period, prorating shall be calculated in half month (15 day) increments. The cost shall increase to two hundred ten dollars ($210.00) on January 1, 2025, and to two hundred fifteen dollars ($215.00) on January 1, 2027.
(C) Business permits for lot no. 10 shall be provided at no charge, on a quarterly basis. A business permit is valid between the hours of five o'clock (5:00) A.M. and two o'clock (2:00) A.M. on the following day. (Ord. 2929, 11-3-2016; amd. Ord. 4051, 4-20-2023)
