No person shall park any vehicle on a Village parking lot, except on lot no. 5 without complying with the following requirements:
(A) Without paying the hourly charge;
(B) For parking between six o'clock (6:00) A.M. and nine o'clock (9:00) P.M., without procuring a commuter permit or twenty four (24) hour parking permit for the period during which the vehicle is parked; and
(C) For parking between nine o'clock (9:00) P.M. and six o'clock (6:00) A.M. on the following day, without procuring a twenty four (24) hour parking permit for the period during which the vehicle is parked or paying the charges pursuant to section 9-2-4 of this chapter. (Ord. 2826, 11-7-2013)
