Village parking lots shall be restricted to the following designated uses:
(A) Lot no. 1: To be used for commuter and residential parking.
(B) Lots no. 2, 3 and 4: To be limited to off street residential parking use with twenty four (24) hour permits only provided.
(C) Lot no. 5: To be used for parking of municipal employee vehicles and limited daytime public parking where available, and for the temporary parking of inoperative and other vehicles by order or at the instance of the police department in the event of an emergency situation as determined by the chief of police or the ranking officer in command during the absence of the chief.
(D) Lot no. 6: To be used for business parking by patrons of the business district, with parking in the three (3) southernmost parking spaces to be limited to fifteen (15) minutes between the hours of eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. and five o'clock (5:00) P.M. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and eight thirty o'clock (8:30) A.M. and two o'clock (2:00) P.M. Wednesday and Saturday of each week, holidays excepted.
(E) Lot no. 7: To be used for business parking by patrons of the Business District.
(F) Lot no. 8: To be used for commuter parking weekdays with commuter permits and for daytime public parking on weekends and holidays.
(G) Lot no. 9: To be used for parking of Municipal and designated Township and library personnel vehicles.
(H) Lot no. 10: To be used primarily for business parking by employees of businesses in the Business District. A portion of the western end of lot no. 10 may be designated for commuter parking. The Village Manager may decide what portion of the lot is appropriately designated for commuter parking and may adjust such portion from time to time. No parking is allowed between the hours of two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and six o'clock (6:00) A.M. (Ord. 2826, 11-7-2013)
