(A) The Village Manager and Chief of Police may designate or sign any curb loading zone upon special request of any person who makes application for a permit for the zone.
(B) No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle for any purpose or period of time other than for the expeditious loading or unloading of passengers or materials in any place marked as a curb loading zone or fifteen (15) minute parking zone during hours when the regulations applicable to that zone are in effect, and then only for a period not to exceed fifteen (15) minutes.
