(A) No vehicle shall make a right turn when pedestrians are present at an intersection governed by a red traffic signal on the following streets designated herein as stop streets:
On Forest Avenue at its intersection with First Avenue.
On Ridgewood Road at its intersection with First Avenue.
(B) The Village Manager is authorized and directed to erect suitable signs stating "No Turn On Red When Pedestrians Are Present" at the northeast corner of Forest Avenue at its intersection with First Avenue and at the southwest corner of Ridgewood Road at its intersection with First Avenue. (C) No vehicle shall make a right turn at the intersection governed by a red traffic signal on the following streets designated herein as stop streets:
