Parking shall be restricted solely for the use of handicapped drivers operating a motor vehicle bearing a valid special handicapped driver license plate from the State of Illinois or other state, in the following designated parking areas:
(A) At The Riverside Train Station: The first parking stall situated thirty four feet four inches (34'4") west of the center line of Riverside Road, adjacent to the platform area from the south side of the railroad tracks.
(B) In Village Parking Lot No. 5: The first parking stall situated thirty four feet (34') east of the east wall of the Riverside Fire Station adjacent to the sidewalk area on the south. (Ord. 1413, 10-15-1979)
(C) At The Riverside Presbyterian Church: The two (2) southernmost parallel parking spaces within the parking bay in front of the church entrance on Barrypoint Road. (Ord. 1663, 10-23-1985)
(D) At The Medical Services Building: In front of the building which provides medical services at 353 East Burlington Street. (Ord. 2091, 10-3-1994)
(E) At The Riverside Public Library: In front of the Riverside Public Library Building west of and adjacent to the curbside bookdrop zone at One Burling Road. (Ord. 2096, 11-21-1994)
(F) At St. Mary Church: Two (2) parallel parking spaces in front of the church entrance on the south side of Herrick Road. (Ord. 2112, 4-3-1995)
(G) At The First American Bank: The last parking space at the south end of the diagonal parking area adjacent to the Bank Building on the east side of Riverside Road.
(H) In Village Parking Lot No. 9: A parking space in the north part of said lot located adjacent to the Riverside Public Library near the entrance to the library access ramp.
(I) At The Burlington Northern Railroad North Side Pavilion Area: The last parking space at the east end of the diagonal parking area adjacent to the east pavilion on the south side of Pine Avenue.
(J) At The Tower Shop: One (1) parking space in front of the shop entrance on the south side at 17 East Burlington Street.
(K) On Herrick Road: The first parking space on the south side of the road nearest to its intersection with Harlem Avenue.
(L) In Village Parking Lot No. 8 (Commuter Parking): One (1) parking space located south of and adjacent to the railroad tracks in the rear of Village parking lot no. 6 near the Post Office, and one (1) parking space located south of and adjacent to the railroad tracks in the rear of Village parking lot no. 7 near the Tower Shop.
(M) At The Ace Hardware Building: In front of the building entrance on the south side at 329 East Burlington Street.
(N) At The Longcommon Ballpark: One (1) parking space on the north side of the Shenstone Road extension, adjacent to the park.
(O) At The Indian Gardens Scout Cabin: The first parking space next to the cabin in the parking area on the north side thereof.
(P) At The Indian Gardens Ballpark: One (1) parking space located in the parking area adjacent to the ball field and tennis courts.
(Q) At Harrington Park: One (1) parking space in the diagonal parking alcove adjacent to the park on the south side of Robinson Court. (Ord. 2145, 3-18-1996)
It shall be unlawful for any person to park a vehicle not bearing special handicapped driver license plates in any parking space designated herein to be restricted to the parking use of handicapped drivers. (Ord. 1413, 10-15-1979)
