(A) No U-turns shall be permitted at the following places:
On Forest Avenue from First Avenue to Groveland Avenue.
On Longcommon Road between the CB&Q Railroad tracks and a line fifty feet (50') north of the northerly line of Pine Avenue produced to the east.
On Ridgewood Road from First Avenue to Golf Road.
On Riverside Road from CB&Q Railroad tracks to the southerly line of Burling Road produced to the east, and the westerly line of block 10 of Riverside second division produced to the south, except for northbound traffic turning into Barrypoint Road or the roadway leading from Riverside Road to Barrypoint Road.
(B) Every operator of a vehicle shall stop such vehicle before entering upon any through street or when a traffic sign calls for a stop, except that no stop is required when a direction or permission to go is indicated by a traffic signal or police officer.
(C) The Village Manager is authorized and directed to erect suitable warning signs on streets intersecting through streets, at or near intersections. (1965 Code §29.03)
(D) The Village Manager is authorized and directed to erect suitable signs warning vehicle operators to stop for pedestrians in the crosswalk at appropriate locations within the intersection of Forest Avenue and East Burlington Street with Longcommon Road, and in front of the library and on westbound Riverside Road, where such crosswalks are located. (E) No left turn shall be permitted at First Avenue by traffic traveling southwesterly on Parkview Avenue. (Ord. 2163, 9-16-1996)
(F) No right turn or left turn shall be permitted at Lionel Road by traffic traveling westbound and eastbound on Ogden Avenue between the hours of seven o'clock (7:00) A.M. and nine o'clock (9:00) A.M. and between the hours of four o'clock (4:00) P.M. and six o'clock (6:00) P.M. on each day Monday through Friday. (G) No right turn shall be permitted at Leesley Road by traffic traveling westbound on York Road during school hours between eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. and four thirty o'clock (4:30) P.M. when Blythe Park School is in session. (Ord. 2180, 3-17-1997)
(H) No right turn shall be permitted at Golf Road by traffic traveling westbound from the parking lot in the rear of the Riverside Brookfield High School. (Ord. 2320, 3-20-2000)
(I) No left turn shall be permitted by northbound traffic on First Avenue onto Waubansee Road and no left turn shall be permitted northbound onto First Avenue by traffic traveling eastbound on Waubansee Road. (Ord. 2333, 6-19-2000)
