Parking will be permitted during the period from six o'clock (6:00) A.M. to six o'clock (6:00) P.M. on the northerly side of Barrypoint Road from a point two hundred thirty four feet (234') west of Riverside Road for a distance of two hundred sixty feet (260') southwesterly from said point. Hourly charges for parking a vehicle in a Village parking lot, shall be at the rate set forth in section 9-2-4 of this title and shall be due every day except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Thirteen (13) parking spaces will be provided for parking. The hourly charge shall be collected through parking meters or by such other means as the Village Manager shall prescribe.
