Such amounts due the village under this chapter will be billed to the petitioner or applicant and owner for payment to the village for professional fees it incurs, and shall be in addition to any administrative fees otherwise imposed by this code in connection with the filing of petitions or applications for zoning relief; plan review; building, demolition, excavation, or grading permits; or other work that requires village review or approval.
