8-7-14: DEPOSIT OF REVENUES:

The Village Treasurer shall receive and deposit all revenues from charges for sewerage service in the Sewerage Fund, which shall be kept separate from all other monies in his custody as Treasurer, used and accounted for as provided in the sewerage revenue bond ordinance. (1965 Code §36.17)
