8-7-1: DEFINITION:

As used in this chapter, the sewerage service connection for any premises consists of the vitrified tile or polyvinyl chloride (PVC) pipe and other appurtenances necessary to convey the sewage effluent from the main drain of the house or building drainage system to the Village sewer.
