8-6-4: METER OUT OF REPAIR; ESTIMATE CONSUMPTION:
In the event the water meter of any premises is out of repair, the village manager shall estimate from prior meter readings on the last available date the quantity of water consumed during any period which said meter is out of repair, and the charge for such quantity shall be included in the next bill rendered to such consumer.
