No sidewalk on public land shall be constructed at a distance of less than two feet (2') from the lot line of the lot or lots in front or alongside of which it is constructed except where a sidewalk abuts on property zoned for business. No sidewalk shall be constructed so as to run parallel to a private driveway in such close proximity thereto as to be available to serve as an extension of such driveway, and no part of a sidewalk shall be used for the parking of a motor vehicle.
