8-2-18: BARRICADE REMOVAL:
No person shall, without the written consent of the Village Manager or Chief of Police or the consent of the person repairing any sidewalk, throw down, displace or remove any barrier or barricade erected to prevent the use of a defective or dangerous sidewalk or a sidewalk which is being constructed or repaired. (1965 Code, Sec. 24.27)
