7-2-8: NONCOLLECTION OF HAZARDOUS WASTE:
The contractor shall not collect or transport any hazardous waste or any other waste or material which the designated transfer station and/or disposal or other facility receiving such waste is not permitted to receive. (Ord. 2393, 1-21-2002)
