(A) Special pick up service shall be provided to any residential units, multi-family property or commercial property for any type of material collected under this chapter in excess of one cubic yard.
(B) Residential units, multi-family properties or commercial properties shall notify the contractor to provide special pick up service for any of the wastes or other materials collected under this chapter. The contractor shall promptly provide the residential unit, multi-family property or commercial property with a price estimate for the requested special pick up service. Thereafter, the residential unit, multi-family property or commercial property shall authorize the contractor to provide the special pick up service. (Ord. 2393, 1-21-2002)
