7-1-18: NO SMOKING IN DESIGNATED PUBLIC BUILDINGS 1 :
Smoking shall be prohibited in all designated public buildings or portions thereof owned or under the jurisdiction of the Village, except for the dispatch area in the Police Department Offices. (Ord. 2437, 1-21-2003)
