7-1-14: OFFENSIVE ODORS:
No person shall so negligently conduct any business or use any premises as to create such an offensive odor as may taint the air and render it unwholesome or disagreeable and therefore a nuisance to the neighborhood. (Ord. 2437, 1-21-2003)
