No owner, lessee or other person in control of any parcel of land within the village shall permit or maintain thereon any growth of poison ivy, common ragweed, or giant ragweed whereby the health or safety of the public or of any person lawfully upon or passing by said land may be endangered. Any such plant existing in violation of this section shall constitute a nuisance. (Ord. 2437, 1-21-2003)
