The discharge of storm water into sanitary sewers is prohibited as provided herein. No roof drain, downspouts or foundation discharge drains shall hereafter be connected to the sanitary sewer system anywhere in the village, nor shall any connection hereafter be made to the sanitary sewer system of the Village so as to permit the flow of storm waters into any sanitary sewer in the Village.
