7-1-9: MATTERS DETRIMENTAL TO HEALTH:
   (A)   Prohibitions Generally: No building, vehicle, structure, receptacle or thing used or to be used for any purpose whatever, shall be made, kept, maintained or operated in the village, if the use, keeping, maintaining or operating of such building, vehicle, structure, receptacle or thing shall, in the determination of the health officer or village manager be dangerous to the life or detrimental to the health or safety of any person or the public.
   (B)   Prohibitions Relating To Business And Labor: No substance, matter or thing of any kind whatever which shall, in the determination of the health officer or village manager, be dangerous to the life or detrimental to the health or safety of any person or the public shall be used in connection with any permitted business, or allowed to exist in connection therewith, or be used in any work or labor carried on in the village, and no nuisance shall be permitted to exist in connection with any business or in connection with any such work or labor.
