7-1-3: REVOCATION AND SUSPENSION OF LICENSES:
   (A)   Temporary Suspension: Based upon information provided by the health officer, and subject to the provisions of any applicable law, state statute or administrative regulation, the village manager shall have authority to suspend immediately any license for not to exceed ten (10) days for violations of the provisions of this chapter pertaining to health and sanitation when, in the health officer's or village manager's determination, a health or safety hazard presenting an imminent danger to the public has been created by the owner, tenant or person in control of the premises.
   (B)   Revocation: The board of trustees may, for reasons and in accordance with the limitations set forth in subsection (A) of this section, revoke or suspend any license in order to protect the public health, safety and welfare. (Ord. 2437, 1-21-2003)
