6-7-10: EXEMPTIONS:
The requirements of this chapter shall not apply to:
   (A)   Single-family residences, regardless of when constructed or modified; or
   (B)   Buildings where the construction or modifications occurred prior to July 1, 2019. (Ord. 3018, 6-20-2019)
