All tests under sections 6-7-4 and 6-7-5 of this chapter shall be conducted, documented and signed by a person in possession of a current FCC general radio telephone operator license. All test records shall be retained at the inspected premises by the property owner, with a copy thereof being submitted to the Village's Fire Chief within thirty (30) days of when the test has been conducted. In the event the test indicates a failure to comply with the requirements of this chapter, appropriate repairs shall be made and additional tests conducted until said tests indicate that the building or structure meets the requirements of this chapter.
