(A) Any person violating any provision of this Chapter shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00). For any subsequent violation of this Chapter, the fine shall be not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00). If a minor shall fail to pay a fine lawfully imposed on him or her and any costs related thereto, the parents or legal guardians of the minor shall be jointly and severally liable for said fines and costs.
(B) Every member of the Police Department while on duty is hereby authorized to escort any minor child under the age of seventeen (17) years found upon the streets, alleys or public ways of the Village during the prohibitive hours to the Village Hall and thereupon contact the parents or legal guardians of said child and request said parents or legal guardians to come to the Village Hall and escort said minor child to his home.
