6-1-17: WEEDS, GROWTH OF 1 :
No owner, lessee or any occupant, or any agent, servant, representative or employee of any such owner, lessee or occupant having control of any lot of ground situated in the village shall allow or maintain on any such lot any growth of weeds to a height of over ten inches (10"). (1965 Code, Sec. 20.10)
