6-1-13: PUBLIC GROUNDS, INJURING TREES:
No person shall cut, break, mutilate or injure any tree, shrub, plant, vine, ornamental foliage or flower growing in or upon any public park, road-border or pleasure grounds or shall cut any grass or turf or dig up or remove any soil, clay, sand or gravel thereon or therefrom without permission from the board of trustees to do so.
