6-1-6: DISCHARGE OF FIREARMS, WEAPONS:
No person shall fire, shoot or discharge any gun, cannon, fowling piece or firearms of any description or burn, explode or set off any squib, firecracker or other thing containing powder or other explosive material without permission of the Board of Trustees. This provision shall not apply to toy pistols or other devices using paper or plastic caps containing twenty five-thousandths (.025) grains or less of explosive compound, provided such pistols or devices are so constructed that the hand cannot come into contact with the cap when in place for the explosion, nor shall this provision apply to the paper or plastic caps containing less than twenty five-thousandths (.025) grains of explosive mixture which are used in said pistols or devices.
