No person shall cut, injure, mark or otherwise damage any public street, public sidewalk, public building, sewer, water pipe, hydrant, lamppost, lamp or other property of the Village or any walk, tree, grass, shrub or plant in any street, public way or public park. (1965 Code, Sec. 20.06)
