5-2-8: RECORDS; REPORTS:

The fire chief shall maintain complete, orderly and detailed files and records of all inspections made and at regular intervals transmit reports of such inspections to the department of fire/rescue and emergency services and the village manager together with such other data and suggestions deemed appropriate.
