(A) Application And Approval: The Village Manager shall administer the application, examination and approval of all plans for the erection, remodeling or revision of all buildings, structures and appurtenances, the issuance of building permits and the inspection of construction thereof.
(B) Plan Certification: No permit for construction of any building or structure, or for doing any other work for which a permit may be required and which is subject to the regulation of the Fire Prevention Code, shall be issued until plans for construction or other work have been submitted to and certified by the Village Manager as complying with the Fire Prevention Code.
