5-2-1: ENFORCEMENT:

The rules and regulations set forth in this chapter shall be observed by the Fire Department of this Village and by all citizens thereof. Enforcement and administration of these provisions is hereby vested in the Department of Fire/Rescue and Emergency Services as set out in title 2, chapter 13 of this Code. (Ord. 2703, 3-16-2009)
