The international fire code, 2006 edition, as published by the International Code Council, Inc., the NFPA 101 life safety code, 2006 edition, as published by the National Fire Protection Association, and the international residential code for one- and two-family dwellings, 2006 edition, including appendix P, three (3) copies of which are on file in the office of the village clerk, is hereby adopted as the fire prevention code of the village of Riverside, Illinois, for the purpose of prescribing regulations governing conditions hazardous to life and property from fire or explosion and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said international fire code, NFPA 101 life safety code, and international residential code are incorporated by reference as though fully set forth herein.
