(A) Code Adopted: The International Energy Conservation Code, 2021 edition, as published by the International Code Council, Inc., three (3) copies of which are on file in the office of the village clerk, is hereby adopted as the energy conservation code of the Village of Riverside and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said International Energy Conservation Code are incorporated by reference as though fully set forth herein.
(B) Amendments: For purposes of this code, the Illinois Energy Conservation Code is hereby amended in the following respects:
Section C101.1 Title: These regulations shall be known as the Energy Conservation Code of the Village of Riverside, Illinois and shall be cited as such. It shall be referred to herein as "this Code."
Section R101.1 Title: These regulations shall be known as the Energy Conservation Code of the Village of Riverside, Illinois and shall be cited as such. It shall be referred to herein as "this Code."
Section C201.3 Terms Defined in Other Codes: Each reference in section C201.3 to the international plumbing code is deleted and replaced by the Illinois plumbing code, 77 Ill. adm. code 890.110 et seq.
Section R201.3 Terms Defined in Other Codes: Each reference in section R201.3 to the international plumbing code is deleted and replaced by the Illinois plumbing code, 77 Ill. adm. code 890.110 et seq.
Referenced Standards: Each reference in Chapter 6 [CE] and Chapter 6 [RE] to the international plumbing code is deleted and replaced by the Illinois plumbing code, 77 Ill. adm. code 890.110 et seq.
