The village engineer may inspect a site as necessary to determine compliance with, and to effectuate the purposes of, this chapter including, but not limited to, the following circumstances:
(A) Upon receipt of notice given pursuant to section 4-13-8 of this chapter;
(B) To verify completion of any modifications required as a result of changed site conditions;
(C) During and following any rainfall; and
(D) Upon receipt of notice that site conditions pose a health or safety risk. (Ord. 2514, 12-20-2004)
