4-12-5: APPLICATION AND HEARING:
Every application submitted by adjacent property owners asserting a structure in the public right of way was built prior to 1972 shall be referred by the village manager to the Riverside preservation commission for public hearing in accordance with the provisions of section 4-12-3 of this chapter, with the sum of seventy five dollars ($75.00), which shall be submitted to the village as a nonrefundable fee to cover the cost of posting notices and conducting the hearing. In the event the costs exceed the amount of the deposit, the applicant shall make a further payment upon request to the village. (Ord. 2232, 7-20-1998; amd. Ord. 4066, 8-17-2023)
