4-5-5: ADMINISTRATION OF CODE:
The building department of the village shall be the administrative authority to implement, administer and enforce the provisions of the Illinois plumbing code, as amended from time to time, pursuant to section 37 of the Illinois plumbing license law 1 . (Ord. 2878, 8-6-2015)
