(A) The village adopts as the plumbing code of the village the language and terms of the Illinois plumbing code, 77 Illinois administrative code 890, published by the Illinois department of public health, without modification and as amended from time to time, a copy of which is made a part hereof by reference.
(B) One copy of the Illinois plumbing code, as amended from time to time, shall be kept on file in the office of the assistant village manager or his or her designee, the village clerk's office and the Riverside Public Library. (Ord. 2878, 8-6-2015; amd. Ord. 3084, 4-15-2021)
