Any one violation of this chapter, or any rules or regulations promulgated under this chapter may result in fines, suspension or revocation. A violation of any section of this chapter is subject to a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense. Each day that a violation continues shall constitute a separate and distinct offense. In addition to any other penalty, suspension or revocation provided for by this chapter or by law, three (3) or more violations of this chapter, this Code or Zoning Ordinance, or any rules or regulations promulgated under any of the foregoing, by the licensee or related to the licensed property, on three (3) different days within any twelve (12) month period, shall result in a mandatory license suspension or revocation.
