Actions to suspend or revoke licenses issued under this chapter shall be in accordance with section 3-1-5 of this title. If a vacation rental license is revoked for any cause, no license shall be granted to any person for the operation of a vacation rental at the property described in the revoked license, or to the revoked licensee, and his or her co-owners, or the partners, members, managers, or officers of any owning partnership, limited liability company or corporation, for a period of three (3) years from the date of revocation.
